blue screen in far cry

  1. besi Newcomer, in training

    i just bought my new card (geforce fx 5200 agp 128 mb)
    and when i tried to play far cry the whole screen goes blue,i can see some green stuff(half palm tree ...)and i'm able to hear the sounds from the game but no picture!
    any idea whats going on???

    Just a common thing to do... But have you updated your drivers? The ones that come with the card are always out of date and rarely worth installing.

    i find out the new driver is the problem!(61.76)
    i uninstalled it and i tried an oldest driver ,now the game looks ok with the old driver but i'm trying to find out why is the new driver not working with my card!?
    any idea!?
