Blue Screen of Death - STOP: 0x000000CE Error

Hello. I am a newbie to the TechSpot Forums, but I am going through a serious problem. One of my computers is showing the blue screen of death error before normal start-up (I can only log on under Safe Mode), and I searched everywhere for a solution, but have yet to find one. This is what it shows:

STOP: 0x000000CE (0xAC770430, 0x00000008, 0xAC770430, 0x00000000)

DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS

nv4_mini.sys

If you have any information on how to fix this, or have an solution to this problem, please tell me!

Stop 0x000000CE or DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS - This Stop message occurs when you install a faulty device driver or system service, the driver failed to cancel pending operations before exiting. Try reinstalling System Drivers.

Re-image HDD with backup CD. Or use the start recovery button F10 or sum function button.
