Blue Screen of Death

  1. disturbed Newcomer, in training

    Whenever I try to download a patch for a game I play a blue screen keeps coming up and I it says I do not have enough space or my bios arent updated.. This is also just happened when I tried to open AVG. I have a lot of space in my hard drive still open. Can somebody give me a hand?

    try running check disk...

    Open my Computer, Right Click on your Hard Drive, choose Properties, Tools, Error Check.

    Tick the 2 boxes, and press OK. You'll get a box saying it needs to reboot to run or something, press OK, or yes, let it reboot and it'll check the hard drive for corrupted files, verify free space etc etc. Can take up to 1/2 an hour, but ought to help.
