Blue screen problem

my motherboard is new has a 2gb memory and a hd6100 video card and amd processor why when I play warcraft III dota I always having the problem with blue screen whats is the problem in my memory or video card and additional questions ESET anti virus found a virus that undeletable in the memory but the memory is new why? plss can u help me tnx
