Blue screen

Hy there I just buy a new pc and I can't get rid of blue error ..it start when I browsing or play a game or let pc in stand by.I send back the pc where I buy it it says is not a hardware error ..and they not help e on software problems..I instal 4 windows 7 and blue screen when I instal windows or playing.and I have instal 3 windows 8 but the graphic on games crush or my game or browsing go slow. I don,t know what to

(.and I have 60G who is missing on my hard ..when I install windows it shows 953G from 1T. plss help.
