Bluescreen on Startup

  1. I ren my defrag overnight, and my PC was frozen when I woke up. I manually rebooted, and before windows starts I get a blue screen.

    Stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x845399A8, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)

'Disable or uninstall any anti-viros, disk defragmentation, or backup utlities. Check your hard drive configuration, and chek for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.'

The problem is, I can't even start windows to do any of that.
