Boot issues

Ok, I bought a new motherboard, a Biostar 945P, used my same cpu. My first problem was that my computer would start to boot til it got to the windows start screen then restart itself. so I setup it so my cd drive would boot first to reinstall windows, now when it boots up it says "boot from cd" then just restarts. Any help would be great.

You cannot use windows on a new motherboard without reinstalling it.
You will need to reformat, and reinstall windows.
