Boot manager missing

On win 7 machine, after installing a netgear wireless adaptor, I get a bootmng mssing error when booting. Tried running Win 7 repair, but did not work. Checked all cables and ran tests on all devices (running RAID 0 config with 3 disks). Help appreciated
