Built a new machine including Intell D865PERLK mb, 2.4 CPU & W2K os. I have problems about 30% of the time when booting, it will keep cycling through the boot sequence & never actually boot. Sometimes it will boot without the graphics drivers. Have to reboot a couple of times until it comes up good. I have swapped out the hard drive & reloaded os but still have issues. Where do I start with swapping out hardware, ram, cpu, mb? Any help would be great.

It seems your problem is graphics related so can you supply info on card, drivers and bios settings relating to it.
