Brdr runs at shutdown

Hi,
My problem is that when I shutdown my computer I get a message that BRDR cannot close. When I click on end program I am finally able to shutdown. Also my computer seems to be getting slower & slower.
BRDR seems to be connected with ZENO adware. I have run my virus software
(McAfee) but it has no effect. How can I remove this malware. Is there free software on line that I can use, with ny McAfee< to remove this malware

I got that BRDR stuff today. There is a program called PREVX I bought over the internet, downloaded it and it ran flawlessly!!! It FOUND AND CLEANED UP all the junk which is behind the BRDR facade that McAffe and Adware left behind. The BRDR message is just the tip of the iceburg.

I am now up and running like new! YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
