Brightest LED on the planet

    Bit-tech has a review on the so called "brightest LED on the planet":

    It really is quite bright. Wonder if this can be used to light up the entire area where the PC is situated w/o using any external light soure :D

    wow. thats a gnarly light. i like the idea for the acrylic case. i imagine it would be bright enuff for whatever you need it for.

    Thats awesome, too bad the blue one isn't as bright.

    Speaking of led's, where do you guys find the colored ones ? I have been to Radio Shack and can't find the right color or size ?? Do I need to go to a special electronics store to find them ??

    those little leds are all over the net at Rave sights and spencer gifts and noveltysites and shops. they tend to run 12 to 20 bucks.
