Broadcasting Capture Card feed

This is more software than hardware, but because it involves the hardware capture card, I put it here.

Basically I would like the ability to broadcast a feed of whatever my capture card is recieving, over the internet through my website. I can't find any software to do it (I don't really know what to look for,) but I think it'd be cool to do.

Anyone have any suggestions? I have a Hauppauge HD PVR.

I know there is software that can broadcast real time webcam feeds to a website, but video capture, I don't know

I don't need it to capture, just broadcast. I already have a capture program.
