broken clip on flip-chip pin grid array

    Hi,

    The heatsink holds itself inplace by being hooked onto the ceramic chip grid arry. The hook on the ceramic broke off so i cannot secure the heatsink.
    Is there anyway of fixing this?

    Sounds like you need a new mobo to me. I don`t think it`s possible to fix it.
