Broken USB Port

For some reason the little piece of black thing that connects it to the pin in the usb port fell off. Im guessing the pin is loose or something like that. I tried to fix it but the pin and the black thing seems to be coming off everything i take out my mouse port, the other usb seems to work fine. Can anyone help me on how to fix this?
