  1. I'm located in brisbane australia. i had change my region to australia and my time zone to brisbane. However, the web sites always identify my as located in sydney, showing contents from sydney. I have to change the location everytime, which is annoying. Anyone knows how to solve this issue? Advice and guide very much appreciated.

hmm; delete all cookies and history.

which browser (and version) are you using?

I would close all browsers, use the CP->Internet Options to set what you like,
then use CP->Regional & Language options

    and then reboot

The browser should then see the new settings (I hope!)

Sounds like they "locate" you using your IP address and your ISP is from Sydney.
