Browser Search Redirect

I also have the browser redirect issue.
This PC has recently been reformatted (2 weeks) and the redirect issue began a few days ago.
I have just completed all of the 8 Steps and the logs are attached below.
Panda IS Scan had the following 2 issues.
Hoax detected Antivirus protection 12/1/2009 8:03:47 PM Notified Message subject: FW: weird...
Suspicious file Protection against unknown... 12/1/2009 8:31:31 AM Moved to quarantine File: C:\WINDOWS\system32\SmartAudio.cpl

You have a couple of issues in the hijackthis log:
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\Run: [RegistryMonitor1] "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\yuid.tmp\svchost.exe" (User 'SYSTEM')
O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\Run: [RegistryMonitor1] "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\yuid.tmp\svchost.exe" (User 'Default user')

Try running the ESET On-Line Scanner:

This program does not want to complete execution from either Firefox or IE.
Any other suggestions?
