  1. Hi all,

    I've just have 2 BSOD on a node of 2008R2 cluster active/passive 2node.

    The first one is :

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: HIDCLASS.SYS

    BAD_POOL_HEADER
    *** STOP: 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000021, 0xfffffa80aa9b3000, 0x00000000000018f0, 0x0000000000000032)

    072211-33555-01.dmp

    The Second is:

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntoskrnl.exe

    BAD_POOL_HEADER

    *** STOP: 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000021, 0xfffffa804c398000, 0x00000000000026c0, 0x0000000000000000)

    072211-28750-01.dmp

This append after installing a "Netvault Fastrecover Agent" on the node.

I need your help for diagnose. multiple have been applied this last days, and i don't know if the bsod come from the installation of the agent or another thing.

Thanks a lot for any help.

Ps: sorry for my english i'm french :)

The first thing I would do is check the memory using Memtest86 for at least 7 passes
