BSOD Bad Pool Caller C2 Error

Recently I was using the computer when the light went out and there was a problem with the UPS, so the computer got switched off without properly shutting down. After restart the auto scandisk reported that several files were improperly linked and it resolved them by copying. Then I reached the BSOD with the following error:

BAD_POOL_CALLER

0x000000c2 (0x00000043, 0xD6070000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Everytime I restart it gets to the same Error & I can't get into Windows though I can use the 'Safe mode with Networking'

I'm attaching a couple of minidumps. Pls help me resolve the problem.

My config:

Windows XP SP2
Intel Celeron 1.1Ghz
128 + 32 MB SDRAM
40GB + 80GB Samsung Harddisks
Mercury kobian 810e Motherboard
Netgear DG632 Router
D-Link DFE-520TX LAN Card (Bought & Installed successfully 2 days ago)

TIA

Uninstall Zonealarm and see if this allows you to start in normal mode.

BugCheck C2, {43, d60b0000, 0, 0}
Probably caused by : vsdatant.sys ( vsdatant+3bcb2 )

check your memory right away with memtest 86+ for at least 7 passes.
And a problem with an UPS could have caused your PSU to start failing. check that also.

Yes SharkOnTheRock,
remove Zonealarm and then reinstall it... See if you can start normally
