Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3258 @ 3.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 256MB RAM
Page File: 802MB used, 2013MB available
GPU: AMD R9 Saphire- (running in safemode and it isnt showing up in dxdiag?)
Power: EVGA Supernova 750 82 (120W-744W)

Really need help with this as without this pc im stuck with only my Macbook.

I can however use safemode and have atempted to use DISM which tells me it is repairable but that it cannot download the files when I do try to repair. SFW /scannow finds nothing after verification and chkdsk found nothing either.

I would suggest that you back up the important stuff and re-install Windows 8 fresh. You may have a virus or other malware infection

Virus and malware free I believe, had done extensive virus testing slightly before the problem.

Ntoskrnl.exe

is supposedly the culprit.
