  1. Hello techspot community,

I faced two crashes recently. Actually, I didn't see any BSOD because I was away from my laptop. I don't remember what happened the first time. However, the second time -which was yesterday- occured during shutting down. The system stucked on the screen that said "shutting down" for a while. After several moments I noticed that it was restarting. Finally, I retried to shut it down, which ended up well.
I'm posting the description of the dmp files and uploading them in case they're necessary.

My laptop is a Lenovo G50-80 which had FreeDos. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Don't hesitate to ask me for further information

This laptop may be overheating or the boot hard drive is failing

    Thank you!
I bought this laptop on early August and I use a cooler. So, what could be the solution if the same problem occur again?

You might take it in and have it checked under Warranty. What antivirus are you using?
