BSOD Error 1000008e/With Minidump

Hello all,
This error has been bugging me for a while now. It only happens during games (Intensive ones such a Battlefield 2, Elder Scrolls 4, and recently Battlefield 2142) so I would suspect it has something to do with graphics, but I want to be sure.

Here're my specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
nForce 4 Mobo
550W PSU (Dunno what brand it is, I didn't make this PC)
OCZ 1024 RAM (Sorry, don't know which DDR it is now)
2x 6600 GT in SLi
Sound is intergrated from the Mobo.
I have every driver updated, and this problem has been happening from day one.
Here's the full error: Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c000001d, parameter2 e3508800, parameter3 ac7d39fc, parameter4 00000000.

I've checked if my PC has been overheating and it hasn't. All I know is that it has never, ever BSOD'd out of a game. I got the minidump attached (From the last time the error occured)
Thank you if you can help me in any way!
