S spitfireinc2006 Feb 21, 2006 #3 ah I see thanks for the help. i got some other dump too but they all have same properties just different dates. I think I will uninstall The zone alarm and install newer version. If the .sys file is still there after the uninstall should I remove it manually?

Refer the following case. https://www.techspot.com/vb/showthread.php?p=247222#post247222 Your version of nVidia Display card driver (Sat Dec 10 19:45:16 2005) is also unstable. Fallback nVidia Display card driver to lower level.
