BSOD - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - Chrome.exe

HP ProBook 4530s (more specs below)

I use my laptop for my job so it's very crucial I get this resolved. Can someone please help me figure this out... I'm usually pretty good at troubleshooting but this is over my head! I keep getting a BSOD and from what I can see from WinDBG... It has something to do with Chrome.exe and Vista drivers? (the minidump file is attached)

I just need to keep this thing going for another 2 weeks until my new laptop arrives but would love to fix it so my kids can use it after I get the new one.

Thank you to all who are able to assist!

Chrome is a popular browser but there are plenty of very good alternatives. How about Firefox or Opera? I changed to the latter a couple of months ago and am very impressed. I'd set up an alternative browser, move your bookmarks across and see how it goes. Vista and Windows 7 are very much the same animal so the drivers should be fine. If you have CCleaner free give it a run as soon as you have made the changes.

I would uninstall Chrome, reboot, download a fresh copy and reinstall.
