bsod + nvatabus.sys + Page in non faulted area

I cant boot into windows now, i am running a raid 0 configuration and i NEED my DATA, I REALLY REALLY NEED IT, i need some folders from my documents copied on diskette if possible, if i can get back into windows even better, but i get this Page in non faulted area, STOP 0x05, nvatabus.sys, and cannot log back into windows, i need help, ive ran the windows memory diagnostic for a couple hours and found nothing so can someone please help me get back into windows at least one more time or for good, Can someone please help?

Try doing a repair of the current Windows installation with the XP cd. You can also download an Ultimate Boot CD and use it to attempt to access the folder you want so you can burn them to cd or save them on a usb device. http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
