I have been having BSOD issues on this particular PC for a while now and am in need of help.

The computer in question is a HP d4100y with 1 GB of RAM. I have attached five of the dump files that I have run through debugwiz.exe

Thank you

Spyware Doctor is known to give the error you're getting. Uninstall it and see if the crashes stop.

EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009a - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

Will do. The dumps generally happen in the middle of the night, so I will post a new dump in the morning.

It does look to be a hard drive problem. You can find an expert's reply to the same error HERE (post #6).

Before posting here I ran memtest overnight with over 10 runs with no errors found. I have also run chkdsk /r. With the HDD being in a RAID 1 setup how does chkdsk handle the separate HDD's. Do both of them get checked? Should I disconnect each HDD and run chkdsk on each one separately?

Like the post that you pointed me to this PC also was running Zone Alarm and was pointing to the vsdatant.sys file. I manually removed Zone Alarm as instructed from the Zone Alarm forum and installed a temporary anti-virus and firewall. Obviously this had no affect on the crashes, it just no longer points to vsdatant.sys.

Thanks,
