    Hi,

I just got a new Vostro 1500 laptop about a week ago. I am running XP Professional. It was going fine until I installed Norton AntiVirus 2008 on Saturday. Since then I have had three crashes. The dump always occurs as I'm editing a file. The first two times was through Aptana, but I uninstalled that and the third time was just through wordpad. When I check the minidump, it appears that it's the Jupiter Network's Live Connect software that is causing the crash. I'm new to this, so I would appreciate if someone could check out the file and let me know if that is right. Should I uninstall norton?

    Thanks,
    Christie

You have exactly the same error as this THREAD. Said it was fixed but no solution provided. You could try sending a PM to the OP.

I would say to uninstall Norton for sure. Norton can be invasive to your system. I have seen "Kapersky" antivirus getting great reviews as of late.
