BSOD problem by tcpip.sys file on laptop

  1. I have had 10 BSOD on my laptop most of them for tcpip.sys file, usually happens when browsing on the net by firefox browser.
    I have done many tests and works but the problem still exists.
    my system:
    hp laptop
    Win7-64bit
    core i5
    4Gb of RAM
    Intel HD graphic card
    can anyone help me?!

    Can you post any minidumps by going to C:\windows\minidump? Minidump files have a .dmp extension. If you see any .dmp files, select them all and right-click sending them to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here. Are there any yellow exclamation points in the device manager?

    yes, here is my minidump files.
    there is no yellow exclamation point in the device manager;
    I have updated all of my network adapter drivers;
    it seem that tcpip.sys is the main reason and most of times BSOD happens when browsing on the net.
    (The last one happened yesterday.)

    What antivirus program are you running?

    At first I had Norton antivirus; but now I use ESET nod32 v5.

    Try removing ESET temporarily and see if the computer stabilizes...
