BSOD problem

I am hoping you can help me asap. my computer is crashing and giving me this blue screen. when i go to the event log this is what it says

zip up your last 3 to 4 minidumps as an attachment

cant

i cant add them because i had to take my computer back to best buy because it crashed because of a BAD_POOL_CALLER. couldnt get it past the log in screen so i took it back under warrenty but hoepfully it will be a problem that will reguire them to replace hardware or soemthing because if it is they will have to use the lemon policy on my warrenty and give me a new computer. thanks for the help
