BSOD, random reboots

My system has been randomly crashing since I swapped out my asus p4p800 deluxe mobo, for an asus p4p800 E-deluxe mobo. I've run memtest86 with no errors, done viruschecks, reseated all pci/agp cards to no avail. I've posted the minidump files here last month and all I was told was that it's a hardware related problem. I did swap out my Radeon 9800XT for a Geforce 6800 GT last month, and I got the same errors with both cards. In the last week alone I've got the following crash errors:
-BAD_POOL_CALLER
-DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
-PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
-nv4_mini.sys
-nv4_disp
-Ntfs.sys - Address F76C5126 base at F7690000, DateStamp 41107eea

I do have two soundcards in the system as well, the Audiophile2496 and the EMU 0404, do you think it may have something to do the cards? I had both in the old mobo with no crashes so what could be the cause?

probably drivers

chipset drivers? agp fastwrite? etc (search the forums for IQL_NOT_LESS_etc)

nv4*.sys are your nvidia based drivers

sorry for the quick reply without providing more details or info. Kinda in a hurry, must eat (food for the mind) :D.

Hi,

5 of your minidumps are crashed with code corruption and they are the signs of the faulty ram. 3 minidumps are crashed with bugcheck 7F and they are the sign of hardware error.

Suggestion
1. Run memtest to stress test the ram
2. Reseat the memory to another memory slot
