BSOD stop errors

  1. Hello, I keep getting stop errors on boot-up and they are almost never the same- 0x0000004e once, 0x00000050 another. I can get the machine to run eventually and it seems stable (I run Sonar 5, Sound Forge 8 and Vegas 6 most of the time) I have a P4 ASUS motherboard (P4R800-VM) 2.8 ghz 2gigs RAM, 2 Delta 44 PCI soundcards and a Firewire board. I just added a gig of PNY RAM (bringing my 1 gig to 2). ASUS tells me that the codes are all memory related, but I ran MemTest for 6+ hours with no errors reported. Does anyone have any ideas? Or need more data? I make money with this machine and would replace it in a minute if I had to, but that seems kind of extreme. I believe this is a somewhat easy fix, I just can't find it...
