Bsod strike since day 1

hello guys im so frustrated..alot bsod's damn im tired, formated n installed twice, well using orginal oem of window xp home edition sp2, nvidia geforce fx5200, msi pm8m-v mobo, 2x256 400 pc3200 ddr-sdram, p4 3.2, 300wpsu. the bsod was ( i8042prt.sys Address F864F16B base at F8647000, Date Stamp 41107ecc, STOP: 0x000000D1
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Sometimes it was STOP: 0x00000050
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

i booted n tested with memtest, no error,i dont where im lacking,izit not enuff power supply to my mobo, this new bsod was hit when i was erasing dvd+rw with nero express.im using firefox 2v aswell.

Hi,

System crashed at i8042prt and it is the symptom of faulty. Some faulty ram can pass memtest.

Suggestion
1. Downclock the ram
2. Take memory module one by one. Re-boot windows, if no more blue screen, the unused memory module is bad.
3. Attach more minidumps here.

Hai,

Im actually new at this kinda stuff, the 1st one i should do it in Cmos or Bios right.Actually whts the proper clock speed must i set ? Or leave it as Default Or Auto select ? And the 2nd, you want me to test the ram 1 by 1 ? Taking out 1ram out testing the other 1 ? If its that the way, yes the system is running with 1ram now, only 256.Ever since there been no Bsod. Another problem i was having was is ScreenFreeze, does it got to do with the same ram problem ?Because if this ram(which is running now) gonna cause no problem, then im gonna test the other ram also.Should i run memtest now ? Because i read somewhere the minimum capasity should be like 1gig in order to run memtest.Guide me.Thank You for you help untill now.
