We are facing a blue dump screen and rest of the widows-xp system. Following are our system details and system error along with the dump logged in event log ( event id 1003 of category 102)

May I know what is this error pointing to ? what will be the solution ?

It seems most likely that it is caused by your lan card (or built in lan) driver, removing and re-installing the driver may help.

here is the related dmp file. Can it be diagnosed for further diagnosis ?
network connection is working fine. But the hard-disk has shown bad sectors .

Any other clue from this ?
