BSoD-System_Service_Exception (Netio.sys) windows 8.1

Hey,
Lately I've been getting BSoD with the error message
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION NETIO.SYS

How can I fix it?

My laptop is HP Envy DV6
Intel i7
16GB RAM
1TB HDD
nVidia GT 630M
Windows 8.1 w/ latest updates

I heard it might be an antivirus problem..what I have is AVG2015 (free version). Checked for viruses yesterday and came out clean.

I didn't do anything out of the ordinary when this happened (Youtube, Steam, Lyx were open)
I attached the minidump files.

Netio.sys is a network driver. Are there any yellow (!) in the device manager? Run this temp file cleaner and see if it helps:

I have that sign on Intal WiUSB USB*IF xHCl USB Host Controller
but that has been there since I bought the computer three years ago...

How will the tempfile cleaner help (just curious)

Can you tell what the dump files said about the crashes?

Did it pick up a lot of files? The minidumps point to Netio.sys and Ntoskrnl.exe that can indicate possible "corrupt" files on the boot drive from malware and excessive temp files

If that was the problem the log said the temp files were probably the cause then. It cleared up a lot of files..and my computer is malware free according to my last scan.
