BSOD when connecting to internet

Hi,

I recently installed Nod32 security suite demo and after I installed SP3 update because i realised on ESET site that it was a system requirement

(Therefore I have no restore points earlier than the SP3 update (aargh))

The problem is this:

I was getting a BSOD - Stop error when i try to connect to the internet.
So i uninstalled NOD32 using their uninstaller and nod32uninstaller.exe

But im still getting the BSOD

I am pretty sure i have removed all NOD32 traces and have run regedit to check.

However i can still see AMON and NOD32drv in device manager when i clicked 'show hidden devices'

Im pretty sure this is the problem....

Please if someone can help i would really appreciate it!

I have also deleted the file AMON.sys from windows\system32

Oh sorry i should have said, im still getting BSOD stop error when connecting to the net!

Hey I fixed it...

I reinstalled NOD32 security suite and did the uninstall again.
nod32uninstall.exe and reg edit again
del winsock and winsock2 + ran Fix winsock app
cc cleaner again
and it was working after reboot....
