BSOD when shutting laptop screen

Hello,

Recently I have been getting the BSOD when I close my laptop lid. I have a Dell XPS L501x, Intel i5 480m 2.7GHz, 8GB crucial RAM, Nvidia GT 420M which I overclocked from 500MHz to 565MHz. Would be greatly appreciated if you could five me a hand.
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa8007fef8e0, 0xfffff80000b9c518, 0xfffffa80108ea530). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 070113-53196-01.

Regards

Post the memory dumps by going to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files and right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here

I ran Ccleaner the other day (not registry cleaner) and I think it has gotten rid of my minidump files, it hasn't happened since I did a clean install of my nVidia drivers, if it happens again I will post my minidump.
