BSOD while streaming

Hello, I have been having problems with a BSOD and I tried updating my video card driver, removing my video card and every other thing and clean the dust off of it and Fully clean installing my video card drivers. My BSOD was happening before I did these steps. The minidump on 4/7/2013 was before I did all the things above. The one on 4/9/2013 is the problem I am having now. I know the the easy way is to just not stream but I would like to know if I could just fix the problem.

So... I uninstall my nvidia drivers again and I used Drivesweeper to clean out the nvidia drivers and I got a new bluescreen again after 2 hours of streaming.

I am scanning for malware and other things using windows defender and updating using windows update. I guess I didn't have the option on to update windows 7. I wish to still know if that is the right action to take. PLEASE HELP!!

So are all the Windows 7 updates applied including all the optional updates? The Nvidia driver is not listed in the latest minidump. What are your complete system specs?

I acutally reformated my computer if the problem occurs again I will post my specs and post everything you need to help me. Thanks for the reply.

Blue screen again 5+ hours into streaming. :(

I got a Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz
6.00 gb of ram
I belive I got a MSK MSI P43 NEOS MS-7514 VER 1.1

If you need more detail info feel free to ask. I would love to get the help I need.

I have a gtx 260 video card. My friend suggested to roll back drivers and the msi program live update 5 suggested to install 8.17.12.5896 driver, this is a fairly old . I had a updated verson installed so I hope this rollback does some good and doesn't cause me any issues. I will update my status and send another minidump if it doesn't. Thanks again for your help. If you suggest anything different I will gladly listen.

I'm actually going back to the updated driver and making sure to not install the pshyx driver part or the 3d drivers. Any thoughts if that will help?

The latest minidump is blank. Is the computer inside clean and free of dust, especially the video card fan?

:/ Crashed again I dont have the physx or 3d driver install. Idk if I need to download direct x or if that comes with the nvidia update. I don't update graphic card using windows update. I'm just sad now. Only thing I can do is roll back to test. I will wait for your respond before doing anything.

I don't know if this helps I got this from Direct X Diagonstic Tool. I find it odd that it says I have directx 11. I'm pretty sure gtx 260's only use directx 10 but im not 100% sure. Also I haven't install direct from anywhere unless Nvidia drivers already do that for me.

Have you opened the case and verified that the fans are running and clean, including the fan on the video card?

I cleaned most of it out. I know I can do a better job. Is using a can of compressed air safe to use on a gpu? Do you think that is mostly the problem? I am not overheating.

I was just wondering because it is saying because (Caused By Driver) dxgmms1.sys
not (Caused By Driver) nvlddmkm.sys this time. The (Crash Address) ntoskrnl.exe+6f880 is still the same though. I would also remind this only happens when I am streaming with Open Broadcast Software+ePSXe.v1.8.0 I can run them fine if not use together. It does it randomly, it can be 1 hour or even times like 6 hours.

I looked at the file version or dxgmms1.sys and it shows 6.1.7600.16748 is that bad, if so where do I go to update it?

If the new minidump is saying that its still my graphic card. I can just try to roll back to a older version I guess. If you can't think of anything else, thank you for trying to help.

The last minidump has no mention of the graphics driver... After all this, the video card may simply need to be rerplaced

I got good news! I ran an older driver and did a better job cleaning. I have been running for 8+ hours. The only thing that is bad is I don't know what fixed it. I will go back to latest driver in a few days to see if I blue screen again. Thanks for all the help Tmagic, You are the man! You can lock this post. <3<3<3
