Hi all,
please could you help me with a problem on two DELL Workstations with Windows 2000 that has BSOD randomly?
Every time that I have a BSOD I get the an Event Id 1001 like that one:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 9/22/2006
Time: 9:39:52 AM
User: N/A
Computer: ESBARV012358
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000076 (0x00000000, 0x81208c40, 0x00000042, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini092206-01.dmp.
I am a little bit lost and could be great if someone can read the info in the attached minidump files to let me know if it is a hardware problem (memory..) or a soft one (dll...).
Thank you so much in advance for your great help.
Regards,
Nazca
