it would be nice if we could view these files... What about telling us more about what you are doing when these BSOD's occur

So this BSOD only happens when you have your phone connected to your computer?

yes then sometimes it happens when i might be listen to windows media player

Sounds like it's time to clean up your system a bit. Download and install CCleaner and Glary Utilities. They are both free and you can find them by searching using Google. Run both of these, and make sure your system is fully updated using Windows Update... See if doing all this helps your BSOD problem

ccleaaner i ran cleaned the system and Glary Utilities will not work on vista 64bit going to run memtest
