Ok lacer,
it would be nice if we could view these files... What about telling us more about what you are doing when these BSOD's occur
 
Sounds like it's time to clean up your system a bit. Download and install CCleaner and Glary Utilities. They are both free and you can find them by searching using Google. Run both of these, and make sure your system is fully updated using Windows Update... See if doing all this helps your BSOD problem

was downloading ccleaner at the time
 
See if you can run those cleaners, then we will test your system memory... have a good night
 
ccleaaner i ran cleaned the system and Glary Utilities will not work on vista 64bit going to run memtest
