All five pointed to iaStor.sys driver which is a Windows OS driver. This driver used to control the SATA disks, usually for raid systems but still used in normal single disk setups as well. It should NOT be removed.
Three things I would suggest you try if you can access the internet:
1. Update to Vista Service Pack 2.
2. Update your chipset drivers/BIOS.
3. Test your power supply with a multimeter.
