BsoD

Hi there,
I bought a computer around two years ago, ever since purchase I've had problems with BsoD appearing, usually when watching a film / playing a game. I was hoping if anyone could shed some light on the matter, please? As PCSpecialist said they couldn't find a fault with the machine after sending it back twice.

Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files and right-click sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here

There we go. These are the only two I currently have as I've just reformated, hoping it'd sort the problem.

Many thanks again,

I have a feeling your going to need a new hard drive in the future. You may want to back up any personal stuff. To dvd or flashdrive.

Is that literally all the problem has been all this time? So, I can just unplug it, haven't put much data back onto it since the reformat. So, so happy that I know this now. Really, thank you so much.
