I bought this PC 2-3 years ago. I've sent it for repairing several times and they'd just take my money and formated the disk and then reinstall windows and said "everything should be fine". I know they are making fool of me cuz i got BSOD every now and then. In those 3 years, I got maybe 5 days without BS'sOD.
I've started writing down those errors with a lot of zeros in it.
In last 2 day i wrote this one:
0x000000C2 , (0x00000007, 0x00000CD4, etc..)
and
0x0000008E (0x0000005, 0xBF80A733M etc... )
win32.sys - ADRESS BF80A733 base at BF800000

i think there are more of them...i just cant find out solution how to get rid of 'em.
I was wondering if you could tell me, where to find that dump file or whatever can help you that can help me to solve this problem. I can't imagine what it feels like to work on a computer which doesn't have blue screens of death.
Oh yea, I forgot to mention. I am playing quake3 aswell, very often. Not a single BSOD while I was in the game. I dont understand...
Thank you in forward...

C:\\Windows\minidump\

Attach at least three if you can.

It does sound like a RAM issue, though.

If you have a cd burner and are familiar with the .iso format there is a download availible for that version instead of a floppy.

If you need help wih the .iso part post back :)

Ok, i did it with floppy disk. But when fimbles said to "Let the test run for at least 7 passes", i was like, "ok!". When i realized that pc checked out 2 passes for 1h45min I know i wouldn't have enough time for it. So I am postponing it for tomorrow. : ))) Fimbles, you should let me know it takes long so i can leave it during the night : ))
