Budget Build Feedback

Looks pretty good.
One typical comment applies here:
an SSD improves performance drastically.
You could build the system with one SSD for now, and get it running. Then add a second drive, a regular hard drive, as storage later. Or, use a hard drive you have sitting around somewhere. Or buy a new hard drive of less capacity.
However you manage to get your storage capacity, get an SSD for the main, primary drive, which will have the operating system on it.

How's this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JcFnyfis ?

Link is not working. just look at reviews on new egg or somewhere to see. there is really no reason to get a SSD or hard drive that does not have a lot of reviews.

I have built systems where I intended to have the first disk, the SSD, be just for operating system and the usual handful of utilities (unzipper, pdf viewer, pic viewer), and have gotten Windows on a 64 GB SSD with room to spare.

That looks great. I guess you cannot really save much money going from 256 gb to smaller capacity.
