Budget Monitor

I need a good quality monitor for my parents pc. Something that does at least 85hz at 1024x768. Price of £90-£100. Any suggestions?

BenQ Value V772 seems ok for £86inc vat, but not to sure about the company...

how bout Hansol? the 730E seems ok and is £5 more....

if im not mistaken, dells are rebranded benqs. i've heard problems about the p992 with not being magnetically shielded and that, so keep all speakers 1m away. never heard anything bad (or good) about hansol
