Building a new computer, Mobo help

Hello all, I am researching different motherboards for a new PC and was wondering if anyone had the Gigabyte 945P-S3 mobo. If so is it worth buying, what are the pro's and con's ect? I find it a bit confusing which motherboard to buy and any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

Me personally I love Gigabyte. I just purchased the GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3. Its a great board with alot of really nice features for only $122.99.

I would go with the board that I purchased, yes it is a little bit more, but its worth it for the quality and features.
