Bumped my computer.. and blam

so i went to go get something to drink, bumped my computer and blam turned off and wont come back on... power is getting to the fan etc. and the led light turns on but that's it. tried changing ram etc nothing. also the cd drive wont move out etc.
tried using a different cpu but to no aviel

CPU: e5300 intel
Motherboard: gigabyte gaep41-ud3l
Ram Speed: 2 1gb sticks
GPU: 5750 radeon
PSU (do not leave this out): 650 ( i think ) watts shaw
OS: windows 7

anything you guys could suggest? thanks :(

edit: also just tried a new psu to no aviel
edit 2: the new psu makes the cd drive come out but when i connect the psu to the ide cable the cd drrive doesn't come out

The hard drive is a very likely suspect, it's the most sensitive part to mishandling. When a drive is running, the g-forces required to damage it are much lower than when it is parked.
 
Captain hit the nail right on its head, i.e. most probably your HDD is the suspect, try to turn on your PC by detaching the HDD, if the system POST, then you need not to look elsewhere.

In addition to above, also ensure that graphic card is properly seated (if it is installed in one of those casings with plastic locks, it can get affected by the 'bumping').
