C system 32 drivers '' uriaziqs '' virus problem

sudennly my notebook start to have high Usage in normal mode without any aplications running .i run different antiviruses programs and anti malware but they didn't find anything.Finnaly i run Avast antivirus and find me that in C system 32 a driver named ''uriazisq;; is a virus,but the antivirus didn't delete , so i went to to target and try to deleted myself,but is says cannot delete,cannot read from the file or source,this is driving me mad,
Any ideeas anyone,how can i remove that virus ,

i get so pissed off and delete the whole system and reinstall the windows. now it works fine.thanks anyway
