I am cleaning up a used Compaq Evo with Windows XP 2002 Professional on it and I keep getting popups from Avira about
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\atww\mcsc.dll
and a couple others. I can't seem to get rid of them, so I'm posting log files as per the instructions on this board.

I'd run your Antivirus in Safe Mode and remove Ultraview infection from there
