To anyone outthere with this problem "c0000013", I had the same problem as many of you folks. It is due to a corrupted file, either in your graphics card(s) or your audio card. If any of you get any of the e-mails from either Computer Shopper or PC Magazine, they had an advertisement for a site called driveragent.com. GO TO THAT SITE and get your computer scaned for free and then go to those sites and get your drivers updated or like me, spend $25.00 US and buy the program and let your computer repair it for you which is what it did for me after 3 restarts - for me it was the audio card drivers that was giving me the problem. The site will tell you what files are defective in your entire computer so GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE READING THIS

Or you could just read the many posts on this issue here on techspot, and run a complete fix without the risk of spyware and security issues. The DriverAgent scan is a scam that creates a cash cow for the creators.
