    Uhmmm.. What kind of cabling? Power? Audio? Video? RF? Networking maybe?

    What kind of networking? Ethernet? Optical or copper? Wireless? ATM? Token Ring? Telephone? Modems perhaps?

    There are a multitude of cables and how they can be configured!
    What exactly are you trying to put together.?

    Well, for most TVs, configuration is pretty easy. You turn them on, press the menu key, then say channel auto-detect.

    For digital cable and satellite solutions, usually they have an external tuner that configures itself. If you're using a coax input, the signal is usually on channel 3 or 4. If it's composite, your TV will probably put the signal on an input channel or a "video in" channel...

    Yes, sorry, this joke needs to be beaten into the ground. Something's got to be done to improve post quality around here.
