    ok i have a 64mb video card and over 1500mb of ram so i know my problem isnt with my system does anyone know of problems with the program that causes it to lag online and in single player mode this does not make any sense to me it used to work then it just stopped i reinstalled it 2 times and it did not work i think it may have to do with something in the file any suggestions?

    Well, if you have any programs like protein folding or SETI or such it might be the cause. Just make sure that no other online dependent program is running when playing online.
